This will take the longest of all of the steps. List out ALL of the action items, then put them in order. You might be able to ‘chunk’ these out. Take the action items and categorize them into ‘chunks.’ The chunking example that Amy gives is her podcasting process. So… The Brainstorming Session > The Outline Session > The Recording Session > The Production Session > The Recording Session > The Production Session > The Review Session. Voila! Your process is now mapped!
